Swiss alternative neo-soul artist MISS C-LINE, also known as Carolina, based in Basel, has Belarusian roots and originates from Germany.

Influenced by artists like Erykah Badu, The Roots, and Robert Glasper, MISS C-LINE’s exceptional talents include singing, rapping, songwriting, producing, and delivering fascinating live performances, crafting a distinctive musical identity.

Her exceptional talent for fusing soul, groove, hip-hop, jazz, and aspects of European classical music sets her apart, enabling her to engage with a wide range of audiences. Her single “All The Time” earned her a coveted nomination for the Kick Ass Award in the “Best Song” category in 2018. She won theNew Generation Jazz Lab Contest 2021” in St. Moritz, coached by international jazz musicians Omar Sosa, Lee Ritenour, and Iiro Rantala. MISS C-LINE’s also been a “Standout Act” at the SRF Bounce Cypher, showcasing her lyrical prowess, and between 2023-24 her music made it onto remarkable radios like SRF, BBC 6 (UK), JazzFM (UK), FIP (France), KRCW (USA), MiSoul Radio (UK), and gained recognition all over the globe.

She has been performing extensively within Switzerland, with 66 shows in 2024, also opening for artists like ONYX and Reverie, and has had the opportunity to perform internationally (Germany, Slovenia, Greece). MISS C-LINE has collaborated with international artists Jeff Ballard and Casey Benjamin, as well as with the prominent Swiss artists KT Gorique and Nativ.

The young artist has already released three albums: “The Absence” (2019), “Surreal” (2020), and “MISS C-LINE & The Rabidz” (2023). Her 4th album “Mellow Hearts” is set to be released in 2025. This spring she will perform the M4Music Festival and the Eurovision Village Main Stage.

What truly defines MISS C-LINE is her relentless pursuit of musical innovation. She graduated with distinction in Vocal Jazz from the Jazzcampus Basel and completed her master’s in performance and production. She’s an artist who continually experiments with her vocal versatility, pushing the boundaries of musical complexity.

In addition to her career, she teaches music at the University of Arts and Music in Lucerne, Switzerland.
